1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Moments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible cases. This is in addition to any rights you have under Israeli consumer protection law, including the standard cooling-off period.

• To request a refund, contact support with your email address, purchase date, and reason.
• If video generation fails, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• If your video is successfully delivered, refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery. After that window, no refund is available except where required by law.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4–10 business days.
• We may deny refund requests that appear abusive, including repeated requests across separate purchases.

2. Services & Payments

Usage is subject to a one-time payment for your selected package via SUMIT. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change over time; you are charged only the price displayed at the moment of purchase.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded photos; final videos belong to you after full payment.

Customer-support access

Only the Moments operator may impersonate a customer library, and only when needed to provide customer service. This access is not used for marketing, training, or any other purpose.

5. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use Moments with a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for your login and for activity on your account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, abusive, or sexual content involving minors, or media you do not have the right to use. We may remove orders or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

Photos of other people

For every photo you upload, you confirm that you are either (a) the person in the photo, (b) have permission from the person in the photo, or (c) have parental authority over a child shown in the photo. If we receive a credible request from a person identifiable in your uploads, we may remove the affected content. You will indemnify Moments against claims arising from photos you upload without the required permission.

Portraits — one person per photo

Portrait training and generation are designed for a single clear face. Group photos or images with multiple people are not supported and may produce poor or rejected results.

Prohibited content

You may not use Moments to generate or upload content that:

• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent in intimate, defamatory, or politically misleading contexts;
• depicts sexual content of any kind involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content involving anyone;
• promotes violence, terrorism, hate, or harassment against a person or group;
• infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report illegal content to authorities without prior notice.

User-uploaded music and audio

Moments lets you add your own audio to a video. You are solely responsible for any audio file you upload. For every audio file, you confirm that you either own it or have obtained all rights necessary to use it in your video and to share, distribute, and publish that video, including synchronization rights. Purchasing a track or holding a streaming subscription does not by itself grant the right to include that track in a video you share. If we receive a credible complaint from a rights holder, we may remove the audio or affected video without prior notice. You will indemnify Moments against any claim arising from audio you upload without the required rights.

7. License to process your media

You grant Moments a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos and audio only to create, store, deliver, and support the film you ordered. We do not use your files to train AI models.

8. AI-generated content

Films are generated with AI models. Results may be imperfect, and we do not guarantee an exact likeness in every frame. You may use the in-product retries described on the site.

9. Delivery & edits

Most films are ready in under 5 minutes, but timing can vary with load. After delivery you may reorder scenes, omit clips, change music and titles, and restitch the final film for free, subject to clip-retry limits.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moments is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law requires otherwise.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Moments infringes a copyright or other right you own or represent, contact us at Roni6ch@gmail.com with: a description of the work you say has been infringed; a link to or description of the specific content; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review credible complaints and may remove content or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
